It is absolutely ridiculous and completely absurd to consider the rebuilding of New Orleans below sea level with a dam system. Especially after Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans, an Superfund site as it should be completely polluted with debris and chemicals.
FEMA is concerned is able to clean it, and many volunteers are worried about catching diseases. Meanwhile, many of the pools are filled with polluted waterScum layers, and algae to grow about three inches thick. This is causing mosquitoes at very high speeds to fill.
Of course, we know, mosquitoes disease and virus vectors and that a little strange, given the arrival of avian flu, West Nile virus and other pathogens and viruses known to be in the area.
The ground water in New Orleans is totally polluted and should never be used for drinking water. In the meantime, all the buildingsand homes have mold growing in them, and they must be torn down to prevent people from suing sick and lawyers from the class to class actions, the owner, prevent the income of their own property.
If this fails, will the health care system billions of dollars in the future and the cost is more good taxpayers money after bad. Not to mention the fact that a hurricane could easily come to mention again. Rebuilding New Orleans is completely ridiculous. Whyis not that someone will come and save the truth? She is unable to New Orleans to build on this again, it is unhealthy, not cost-effective and a great danger. Please consider this in 2006.
